The Weight Watchers core plan allows you to eat a variety of healthy, wholesome foods without having to count anything. You're given a list of acceptable foods from all the food groups, and you're even allowed the occasional treat. With the Weight Watchers core plan you can eat any of the core foods until you feel satisfied. There are never any hunger pains.

Whether you choose the flex plan or the core plan, Weight Watchers offers you all the support you need to change your life. You can attend weekly meetings at a Weight Watchers location or join Weight Watchers online. Weight Watchers staffers and other members will be there to cheer you on as you move closer to your weight loss goals.
